Q: Are you based overseas?
A: No. Our 40,000 sq ft production facility, sales, and CSR offices are located in Columbus, Ohio, USA at 1324 Stimmel Road. Most of our product is produced in-house. Schedule a tour with your sales rep today!
Q: My current vendor is a bit flakey, I feel like a number. How will you handle my business?
A: You will work with a personable and motivated member of our sales team to establish your needs and terms. As your product program is established, you will also begin to work with an in-house customer service representative who will be available to help you by phone or email during business hours Monday through Friday. The relationship between you, your sales rep, and your CSR will make ordering a snap, and ensure that information on inventory is available when you need it.
Q: We need product shipped a certain way. What carriers do you use?
A: We are a UPS and Fedex shipper and use their software to maintain up-to-date logistics information and pricing. We also offer freight and USPS options as needed.
Q: We are a reseller. Can you blind ship?
A: Yes, we can blind ship, drop ship, and private label ship.
Q: We have many, many locations. Thousands. Can you ship to individual stores?
A: Yes, and we can set up your online ordering system to accommodate this.
Q: We have many locations but want central delivery for redistribution. Help?
A: Not a problem. We can ship to you and package + label individual bags/boxes for redistribution.
Q: Do you offer blanket ordering (shipment over multiple delivery dates)?
A: Yes! We also offer discounts for contracted blanket commitments.
Q: We need online ordering from our store locations, and we need it fast. Help!
A: We offer a full service online ordering package! Shipping, payment (including credit card), verbage, field options, and even site branding (logo etc) are fully customizable. Q: Can you guarantee reliability and security in your online ordering?
A: Yes. Credit card orders are processed through Authorize.net, the world's most trusted merchant card processing provider.
Q: What sort of reporting do you offer with your online ordering package? We need to do our accounting.
A: In addition to order confirmations sent to a party of your choice, our online ordering system can provide you with an organic usage report which is available 24/7. It offers product usage information (per location) and gives financial and quantity totals for you to use in your accounting. We can also have the system automatically email this information to you if you desire.
Q: We do business in Canada. How easy is it to work with you?
A: We have a distribution center in Canada, and although import fees apply to US products brought into the country, our experience with Canadian business and our established logistics chain guarantee prompt delivery of your printed products.
