No Handling Fees
When you work with our family, we treat you like family. No silly hidden charges for what you should expect in great service.
We work with any carrier your choose. Unless otherwise specified by our clients, we use USPS First Class, US Priority Mail and FedEx carriers. Freight charges may apply.

We ship your order as soon as possible. Your shipment is sent the same day of your order's completion.
If you require overnight shipping, please inform your sales representative and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Rush fees and shipping costs apply.
No shipping on weekends or U.S. national holidays. Standard mail arrives within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Because most of our received orders involve freight - level shipping, we are unable to pass any savings on to our customers through shipping. Our badges are of the highest quality for the best price, so by shopping with us you already save - especially with blanket orders.
We believe in doing everything right the first time - but if you find there's something not to your liking, we'll work to make it immediately right.
Returns are Accepted.
We are happy to help. Contract your sales rep for a Return Authorization. We do not accept returns without prior authorization.

We do not accept returns if:
The product has been used incorrectly and results in user-inflicted damage
The product meets digital proof approval specifications
The product was damaged during transportation. Please contact the appropriate mail carrier for a refund.
Our products are of the highest available quality,
and therefore meet certain durability standards. If for any reason our clients choose to not include a part of the standard production process necessary to assure the best available quality, the client voids our product guarantee and is responsible for any damage and subsequent costs that may occur.
We collect certain information to process your order and payment information. This information may be shared with a 3rd party contractor (such as our shipping department and their carriers and our accounting department/payment processing center) to complete your order.
Your information is never shared or sold to a 3rd party outside of our internal order process.
We operate with encrypted, secure servers that store some of your information for order processing purposes. Once your order is complete, your information is printed and filed, and the data wiped from our system for added security. Some information may be stored for up to 60 days to ensure quick service, shipment, and order precision.
